Week 1: [found] object

When we came across this bottle of wine in Trader Joe’s today it made me chuckle. Lately I’ve been enchanted with art journaling and am always on the lookout for “found” objects that can be repurposed for use on a journal page . Don’t think I’ll have any trouble figuring out how to use this one!
I struggled trying to decide whether to focus on the words or the vintage image and decided on the words. I cropped out the kitchen stuff to right of the bottle.
Camera Data: Tripod, focal length 50.0 mm, f/1.8, shutter speed 1/200, ISO 100.

Great ‘find’….suits the theme perfectly
I am always amazed at the names they give wine these days, why can’t they just call it what it is Red or White Plonk!

Fun name for a bottle of wine! We French people never see such “excentricities” in wine names, wine people are all way too serious to even dare! Such a shame! Lovely link with the theme. 🙂
